The Society holds lists of horses in UK and Europe currently offered for sale or loan. The details on the list are intended as a guide only, purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the validity and specification of any information on the list. The Caspian Horse Society reserves the right to reject any animal from this list without reason and is unable to accept any responsibility for misrepresentation.

The Society strongly recommends that buyers should seek independent veterinary inspection, particularly if buying unseen.

It is illegal to sell a horse without a passport. Buyers are advised to check that the passport and registration certificate are supplied with the horse, and that details are correct. It may be difficult to rectify mistakes in paperwork in the future. It is a legal requirement for new owners to return the passport with their details to the Organisation that issued the passport within 30 days of acquiring the horse.
