The BSA scheme for licensed stallions is a voluntary scheme which aims to encourage the preservation of the unique Caspian qualities by Caspian breeders. Owners of licensed stallions are invited to have their stallion appraised by a panel of CHS approved judges to qualify for a BSA certificate in accordance with the Breed Standard.
